About Bulk Email Validator
Bulk Email Validator checks whether email addresses in a pasted list follow a valid email format. Paste your list into the text box and click Validate list to see the valid, invalid, and total counts, along with the addresses grouped by result. Select Unique only if you want to remove duplicate entries during validation.
This tool checks email format only. It does not confirm that an address exists, can receive mail, or belongs to a real person.

- Select Unique only if you want duplicate entries excluded.
- Click Validate list.

FAQ
What does Bulk Email Validator check?
It checks whether each entry in your list follows a valid email address format.
Does it confirm that an email address can receive messages?
No. A format check does not confirm that the address exists, its inbox is active, or messages can be delivered.
What does “Unique only” do?
It removes duplicate entries from the list during validation, so repeated addresses are not counted multiple times.
How should I enter my email list?
Paste the addresses into the text box, ideally one email address per line, then click Validate list.
Can I save the results?
Yes. Use Copy to copy the results or Download to save them.
